I went there with my dead battery. David, served me and looked at the battery, with their sticker on it. We had to replace our auxiliary battery in our 2005 Prius (NHW20R). Toyota dealers quoted me well over $200 for the battery. These guys said that it was a standard battery that they stocked, and offered it for nearly 40% less!
One of the team there (David) even offered to do the installation for me - making sure to connect up the car's computer to a 'backup' power supply too.
All up I saved a chunk of cash, and I'm very happy with the safe, high quality service.
